It’s hard to tell because I don’t know the girl. Everyone is different. SO, I’ll give my opinion but just be weary. 

Valentines day is a made up holiday and some people find it lame. You should find out the girls opinion about the day before you do anything. Heres a possible conversation you could have:

you: sometimes I don’t know how I feel about valentines day, you know what I mean? 

BOOM. Then you will have it. She will either be like “no, I love it it’s so romantic!” or “yeah, it’s totally lame” or something in between those extremes. 

If she thinks it’s romantic, then yeah! Go for it. If not, then I obviously wouldn’t. 

Really though, if you want to “get with her”(not sure what that exactly means) why not do it now? Sure Valentines day is romantic and all, but life is short ya know? Plus, every day should be seen as an opportunity.

So anon, you could go either way with this one. There are lots of options. If it were me, and I was a single lady, I would love to be approached no matter what day it is.
